AMONGST ALMOND AND ZAFFERAN BLOSSOMS The agriturismo Corzano is run by Laura Gianassi with passion and warmth, offering the popular bed and breakfast formula. In two converted farmhouses, one of which recently restored, guests will find appartments furnished with care to make them feel at home.
Corzano is an organic farm using solar energy and natural resources, raising cattle and growing olives, vines and extra pure zafferan from the Florentine hills.
The agriturismo is in a panoramic position in the splendid Mugello hills, rich in pasture and woodland, at only 3km from the Bilancino lake which has facilities for winsurfing, sailing and bathing.
Four appartments of differing size can accomodate up to 12 peaple + children.

IMMERSED IN THE GREEN PASTURES OF THE MUGELLO SURROUNDED BY MOUNTAINS. RECOMMENDED FOR ANIMAL LOVERS The agriturismo offers hospitality in four spacious buildings (70-100sq.metres), each with separate entrance, living room, kitchen, private bathroom and double bedroom.
The surrounding green pastures, where cattle and horses wander freely, are an ideal starting point for walks and excursions by foot and on horseback. In the fields one can approach horses, sheep and donkeys grazing freely.
The farm, with an area of about 200 hectares, produces and sells organic products (cereals such as emmer, barley, wheat, maize, fruit aand vegetables) and raises horses, pigs, donkeys, sheep, cows and calves.

ROOMS AT SANTE CROCE Four comfortable rooms in a small palazzo perfectly restored at n.6, Via delle Pinzochere, close to the church of Santa Croce. The are named la Martinella, la Trecca, la Montanina, la Squilla, chosen in honour of famous Florentine bells. Each one different from the other, the rooms are all elegantly furnished with en suite bathrooms, equiped with telephones and air conditioning. The sheets and towels are not cleaned with dry cleaning chemicals, but washed and ironed in house.
The inviting breakfast of bread, toast, fruit juice and home made cakes, is served on a terrace perfumed with jasmine. The terrace remains at the disposal of guests throughout the day for reading, writing or resting. There is a conveniently situated fridge for cold drinks, or if prefered, hot water for preparing tea or coffee.

VILLA LE POZZE CON UN ORATORIO CON AFFRESCHI DI SCUOLA GIOTTESCA L’antica villa il palagio dalle "Pozze" che prende il nome dalla nobile famiglia "Dalle Pozze", signori di Dicomano ed estinta nel XIX secolo, fu costruito nel XV secolo ed ha un oratorio con affreschi di scuola giottesca.
Dalla fine del XIX secolo il Palagio e l'adiacente villino è stato proprietà della famiglia Cantagalli, illustri ceramisti fiorentini. Lo stile del villino e le maioliche Cantagalli rimaste ricordano gli anni della presenza inglese in Firenze, nel caso rappresentata da Margareth Tod, scozzese, moglie di Ulisse Cantagalli che dopo la sua morte nel 1901, continuò, insieme alla figlia Flavia, la "bottega" Cantagalli-Maioliche artistiche, sita nei pressi di Porta Romana a Firenze.
A partire dal 1990 la villa fu accuratamente ristrutturato per riportare l'intero corpo edificato alle linee originali, senza tradire lo stile, per creare le atmosfere rilassanti che caratterizzano questo luogo.
L’agriturismo offre ospitalità in cinque appartamenti(3 per 6 posti letti, 1 per 2 posti, 1 per 3 posti) arredato in un affascinante stile antico.
Al piano terra della villa si trovano gli appartamenti “Giotto” e “Caminetto” e "Lidia". “Giotto” ha una superficie di 84mq ed è composto da cucina abitabile e tre camere doppie. Dispone poi di bagno e riscaldamento autonomo. Il nome è dovuto all'affresco di scuola grottesca collocato in una camera. L’appartamento "Caminetto" ha una superficie di 43mq ed è composto da camera matrimoniale e cameretta per un totale di 3 posti letto. Dispone poi di bagno, cucina con caminetto e riscaldamento. "Lidia" a tre camere matrimoniali con sei posti letto, una cucina abitabile e due bagni.
Al primo piano si trovano gli appartamenti “Mansarda” e “Frutteto”. "Mansarda" ha una superficie di 43mq ed è composto da salone con angolo cottura, divano letto e camera doppia. Dispone poi di bagno e riscaldamento autonomo. L'appartamento "Frutteto" è grande di 130mq ed è composto da cucina abitabile, sala pranzo e tre camere doppie. Dispone di due bagni e riscaldamento autonomo. Le finestre affacciano sul frutteto da cui il nome.
L’agriturismo dispone di una piscina e offre corsi di cucina, di erboristeria e in estate corsi di pittura con il maestro Michel Lecoque.
Il pianoro su cui si trova il Palagio, a circa 350 m di quota, è posto sul versante settentrionale densamente boscato del Monte Giovi: di fronte, dispiegata come un libro aperto, la catena appenninica dalla Futa al Falterona. Il paesaggio è quello del Mugello e dal pianoro sul quale è posta la Villa, si gode di un panorama di indiscutibile fascino.
